Juab’s population is growing because people recognize the great quality of life found here.
Our rural communities are just a short commute from Watch Front population centers. (Nephi is just 40 miles from Provo.) Many people here have horse property, small farms or mini-ranches. Our communities still offer small-town hospitality and a slower, more relaxed pace.
Many love the recreational activities found here. The towering mountains on the east side of Juab County offer a lush forest, cascading streams and small lakes, with great opportunities for hunting, fishing, hiking, camping, snowmobiling and ATV riding.
- The arid desert in western Juab County offers great camping spots, hiking trails, ATV routes and rock hounding areas.
- Little Sahara Sand Dunes are popular for riding ATVs and dune buggies.
- Yuba Lake is popular for boating, water sports and fishing.
Our county offers plenty of wide open spaces where you can breath, where you can live the lifestyle you choose.
